New Solutions for Torquing, Pipe Cutting, Post-Tensioning, and Heavy Equipment Maintenance

Rockford, Illinois – Hydraulic Technologies, a leading provider of high-force hydraulic tools and equipment, is pleased to announce the introduction of several new products designed to improve safety, productivity, and performance across industrial, infrastructure, energy, and heavy equipment maintenance applications.

The latest product introductions include manual torque clicker wrenches, clamshell pipe cutting equipment, the new SJL Series lightweight post-tension jacks and push seaters, and the HTPP Series hydraulic track pin pushers.

Precision Torque Solutions

The new Bolting Systems TWHTW Series line of manual torque clicker wrenches delivers accurate and repeatable torque application while maintaining simple, user-friendly operation. Designed for demanding field and maintenance environments, the wrenches provide precise torque settings that help improve joint integrity and reduce the risk of under- or over-tightening. Ideal applications include oil and gas operations, power generation facilities, industrial maintenance and repair (MRO), construction projects, and general bolting applications where reliability and precision are critical.

Clamshell Pipe Cutting Equipment

Hydraulic Technologies is also introducing a new range of clamshell pipe cutting equipment capable of delivering high-quality cold cutting on pipe sizes from 4 to 36 inches in diameter. The CS Series from Bolting Systems provides a safe and efficient solution for cutting pipe without introducing heat-affected zones, making it well-suited for critical maintenance and repair operations. The new clamshell cutters are ideal for refinery and petrochemical turnarounds, upstream oil and gas production, midstream pipeline operations, and downstream processing facilities where safety, precision, and productivity are paramount.

New Lightweight SJL Series Post-Tension Jacks

The new Power Team SJL Series post-tension jacks are available in 20-ton and 30-ton capacities and have been engineered to improve operator safety, reduce fatigue, and simplify field maintenance. Compared to previous designs, the SJL Series offers a 20-30% reduction in weight while maintaining the performance required for demanding post-tensioning applications. The redesigned construction eliminates common pinch points, enhancing operator safety, while improved serviceability makes maintenance easier and more efficient in the field. The SJL Series is ideal for bridge construction and rehabilitation, parking structures, high-rise concrete slabs, and other applications involving concrete strengthening and post-tensioning systems.

Complementing the SJL Series launch are two new patented push seaters designed for 0.5-inch and 0.6-inch strand applications. These tools fully seat wedges into the anchor cavity without leaving gripper marks on the strand and eliminate the need to remove sheathing in front of the anchor. The result is a faster, cleaner, and more reliable seating process that helps improve installation efficiency while protecting critical strand components.

HTPP Series Hydraulic Track Pin Pushers

Hydraulic Technologies is also expanding its heavy equipment maintenance offerings with the introduction of the Power Team HTPP Series Hydraulic Track Pin Pushers. Designed to safely and efficiently remove seized, corroded, or stubborn track pins, the HTPP Series helps maintenance teams return equipment to service quickly while minimizing downtime. The HTPP Series is available in 50-ton, 100-ton, and 150-ton capacities and supports a wide range of excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other tracked equipment. The system can be configured with optional accessories including tripods, chain hoists, pancake jacks, and specialized adapters to accommodate various machine brands and track systems.

The HTPP Series is particularly valuable for remote operations, fleet maintenance programs, and contractors responsible for servicing multiple equipment platforms where flexibility and portability are essential.

Driving Productivity Through Innovation

"These new product introductions reflect our commitment to delivering innovative solutions that improve safety, productivity, and performance for our customers," said Dary Patil, VP Product Management/Engineering. "Whether customers are maintaining critical infrastructure, performing turnaround work, servicing heavy equipment, or executing precision bolting applications, these new products provide the reliability and efficiency they need to get the job done."

The new products are available through Hydraulic Technologies' global network of distributors and channel partners.
