Stone Hydraulic Power Units for Scissor Boom Lift Applications

Overview

Scissor boom lifts require compact hydraulic power units that can support multiple machine functions including moving, turning, and lifting. Limited installation space demands a small but highly functional hydraulic system capable of reliable operation across different lift heights.

The Challenge

The customer required a compact hydraulic power unit capable of covering moving, turning, and lifting functions for a scissor boom lift. The unit needed to be small in size while delivering multi-function capability.

Space limitations and multiple operating functions made it difficult to use standard hydraulic power units. A compact solution was required without sacrificing lifting and maneuvering performance.

Solution Presented

Hydraulic Technologies supplied Stone hydraulic power unit solutions. The FC-420 power unit integrates the motor, pump, manifold, and valves in a compact design, allowing direct plug-in for applications requiring lift capacities up to 6 meters. As an alternative, the FC-939 power unit was provided as a budget solution, requiring additional manifold and valves to support moving, turning, and lifting functions with lifting capacity from 6 to 14 meters.

Results

Stone hydraulic power units deliver reliable multi-function performance in a compact package. The FC-420 power unit integrates the motor, pump, manifold, and valves in a compact design, allowing direct plug-in for applications requiring lift capacities up to 6 meters.
